III. HOW TO BUY

IV. DELIVERY
Please note that the cost of delivering the product(s) to the delivery location is the responsibility of the CONSUMER. Delivering and installation costs will be applied at the time of product purchase.
Only in the events or cases informed by Pleasure Rest Mattress will the delivery be complementary.
The only authorized person to receive the order is the purchaser. In case the purchaser cannot receive it in person, the order must be received by an adult who must complete the delivery acknowledgment form with a clear name, identification, and signature. Additionally, the driver may request a copy/confirmation of the order, identification document, and/or authorization from the purchaser.
Verify that the driver’s information matches the information sent via message and/or email.
Dear customer, please ensure there is sufficient space for the transporter to deliver the merchandise and/or assemble your product.
Verify that the product you are receiving corresponds to the one purchased and that it is in good condition. In case of any discrepancies, return the product to the driver and ensure that the issue is noted in the “Observations” section of the delivery.
The driver will, as far as possible, deliver the order inside the domicile, provided there is adequate space and conditions for doing so, and access routes (elevator, stairs, and/or corridors) permit it. In no case will products be delivered through facades, balconies, or in places that require work at heights and where the product is at risk of damage.
Important: The driver is not permitted to disassemble products, remove doors or windows, use pulleys, or access facades, etc.
Amoblando Pullman will never pick up a product previously delivered without prior notification to the customer and coordination with them. Please do not hand over the product to anyone without prior notification and without the supporting documents.
